Two Shape Styles:

Perspective Box — a classic isometric-style box with front, top, and side faces
Perspective Frame (Grid) — a one-point-perspective "tunnel" grid: a small square and large square connected by converging corner lines, perfect for hallway/interior-style perspective studies

Extract the .zip File

Copy your ".jsx" script file into the appropriate folder based on the application. Windows or MacOS

Windows: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator [version]\Presets\Scripts

MacOS: /Applications/Adobe Illustrator [version]/Presets/Scripts

Open the Adobe Illustrator
Go to the File > Scripts menu.
Your script should now appear in the list. Select it to run the script.
